Channel 10 – Sky Sign Maintenance

Sky signage demands a high level of competence in every facet of signage design, manufacture, installation and maintenance. This is why SignGuard has been heavily involved in the maintenance of landmark sky signage for clients such as AXA, Channel 10 and Melbourne’s Telstra Dome.

Our services were recently called upon to clean and repair the Channel 10 sky signs located on the corner of Toorak and Chapel Streets, South Yarra.

The 5 signs had not been serviced since they were originally installed by The Signcraft Group several years ago. As a result, the team performed a thorough site assessment to gauge the extent of the cleaning and repairs required. Electrical components were replaced to improve the illumination of the signage, whilst protective wire was employed to protect the signage from nesting birds who had made the sky signs their home.
